Definitions

3.1

Deposit Rules

You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay to deposit funds to yaja9. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100. Deposited funds are reflected in your account almost instantly.

• Deposit details must be accurate — deposits made with incorrect information may not be recoverable.
• Using a payment account registered in a third party's name is prohibited.
• Any mobile banking charges applicable at the time of deposit will apply in accordance with the terms of the relevant service provider.

3.2

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from your account is ৳500. Approved withdrawals generally reach your designated payment account within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• If there are incomplete wagering requirements for an active bonus on the account, withdrawal of funds associated with that bonus may be temporarily restricted.

3.3

Currency

All transactions on yaja9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.1

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that once bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount have been completed, the winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

• The first deposit must be completed within a specified time after account creation in order to receive the bonus.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Certain games or categories may be excluded when wagering with a bonus.

4.2

VIP Cashback Program

The yaja9 VIP program has three tiers. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

4.3

General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Misuse or fraudulent use of bonuses is prohibited.
• yaja9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus before the wagering requirements of a current bonus have been met.
• Withdrawal limits on winnings earned from bonuses may apply.

General Betting Terms

All bets on the yaja9 platform are placed at the user's own informed decision. A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless it was incorrectly processed due to a server or technical error.

5.2

Cricket and Sports Betting

yaja9 offers betting on various sports events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international cricket. For sports betting:

• Bets are accepted before the event starts or within the designated time window for live betting.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with yaja9's defined policy.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

5.3

Cheating and Fraud Prohibited

General Prohibitions

• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.

• Threatening, harassing, or behaving in an inappropriate manner towards other users.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of yaja9's systems.

7.1

Account Closure by yaja9

yaja9 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any clause of these Terms and Conditions is violated.
• Identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicion of money laundering.
• In accordance with instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

7.2

Account Closure by the User
